Help Topics

1. Letter unlock issues

Confirm the unlock time, the device time zone, and whether the letter has been revoked by the sender. Before the unlock time, recipients can only see the countdown page; the letter body is shown after the scheduled time arrives. If the issue persists, send the share code and a screenshot to support.

2. Email delivery issues

Check spam, junk, promotions, and blocked sender folders first. Delivery may be delayed by the recipient mailbox provider. If no email arrives after a reasonable delay, contact support with the recipient email, send time, and share code if available.

3. Account and quota issues

For Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, free quota, Pro access, or App Store purchase issues, include your account email, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the problem.

4. Privacy and encrypted letters

OpenLater stores letter metadata and encrypted letter content so the service can deliver countdown and unlock pages. Do not include illegal, abusive, or third-party infringing content in letters.

5. Account deletion

To request account deletion or data access, email support from the address linked to your account. We may ask for verification before processing privacy or legal requests.

Response Time

We typically reply within 1-3 business days. Complex billing, privacy, or deliverability investigations may take longer.
